1. Operational Challenge

Off-spec water cut and wet gas carryover penalize crude sales value, accelerate pipeline corrosion, and cause liquid carryover damage to gas compression trains.

2. Engineering & Execution Solution

ALVAL designs and constructs modular separation and treatment batteries featuring high-efficiency vessel internals, automated interface level/pressure control, and demulsifier injection systems.

3. Quality, Inspection & HSE Protocol

  • Retention time sizing and coalescing internals optimization per API 12J guidelines.
  • Electromechanical installation of ASME code stamped pressure vessels.
  • Hazardous area instrumentation and control loops (Class 1, Div 1 intrinsically safe).
  • Pre-commissioning and loop-checking of automated Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems.

4. QA/QC Deliverables & Dossier

Turnkey operational surface facility complete with operating manuals, control philosophies, and certified vessel data packages.
